Boys and Girls age groups U4-U8 "ONLY" (born between 08/01/03 - 07/31/08)
- Mail your registration form(s), fee(s), and copy of birth certificate(s) to:

- Register at the WBR Parks and Recreation office (Port Allen Community Center) between now and January 31st.
- $10 late fee after 01/31, if space available.
- Registration forms will not be accepted without the appropriate registration fee.

- A copy of the player's birth certificate is also required for first time participants in the WBRSA.

| Fees | $50 for New Players Spring 2012 ($15 for Insurance) |
